I don’t like this. The Soarer is a JDM-ified version of a car designed by Americans in the US for the US market with a mildly interesting motor and dashboard that we didn’t get here. People have been cloning for years and importing a real one just doesn’t do it for me. If it makes the owner happy and others happy fair enough but I’m more excited when I see JDM imports that were unique to Japan and not versions of cars we got here.

Fair enough; it was one of the more interesting cars at this show, which had a very light turn-out due to the weather. We certainly have had many more “exotic” cars turn up here in the past.
